If you book a Self program you can count on our live support, by ringing an emergency (Italian) phone number in case of need. Those who choose a Guided program can count on their Guide who will manage any issue with you. However, we do ask you to promptly notify us of any disservice so we can take action immediately. No claims will be accepted upon return from a trip if a service has not been used during the trip itself.
Medical insurance / luggage
Ride with peace of mind … you are insured! Grangiro in collaboration with Alianz Global Assitance company specialized in travel insurance, has agreed to cover all our tour participants with a specific insurance policy. All of our programs include a basic medical and luggage*. We ask you to carefully read everything carefully and in case you want to increase your coverage, it will be possible to do so by signing a supplementary insurance for both medical expenses and for trip cancellation penalty fees**.
